Activespace

In the early part of 2000, I worked with the folks at Activespace to help refine the user interface for their customizable web-based database application. The central challenge was conveying the product's diverse potential and functionality without resorting to limiting metaphors and descriptors.

My role was to assess the product's usability and learnability for the average anticipated user. I also worked on the help system — the online user manual.
